Illuminating Life: Manuscript Pages of the Middle Ages is an exhibition of medieval manuscripts and early printed books from the University of Guelph’s Archival and Special Collections and on loan from Les Enluminures.
The exhibition launches on Thursday, 12 March 2020 following the From Parchment to Pixels colloquium, where I will also present a paper.
I was one of several curators involved in arranging and displaying the items selected for the exhibition, as well as writing label text, creating didactic labels, selecting and securing pages for display, among other duties. Being involved with this project at the graduate level was a rare privilege, and I hope you enjoy our work.
Illuminating Life: Manuscript Pages of the Middle Ages will run from 12 March through to 12 May 2020 in the Archives and Special Collections at the McLaughlin Library at the University of Guelph.
